Who we are
The Bank “PRIORITET” was founded in 1994. The new, modern history of the bank began in March 2004, when the bank was acquired by new pool of share-holders, and new top-management and the team came in. Since then, we have managed to turn the former small bank to a fast-developing public financial institution with a high-professional team and stable business and client base. Now the bank has the head-office and several branches and operation offices in the region capital – the city of Samara - and a branch in the second largest city of the region – Togliatti. We provide the whole specter of classic banking to both legal entities and private persons. Top-managers of our bank have a high both professional and personal reputation within the regional banking- and business circles. The bank has all necessary licenses for banking activity by the Central Bank of and the securities broker/dealer license by the Federal Financial Markets Service of Russia. We are a member of the state system for insurance of private bank-deposits, member of SWIFT (PRIIRU3S) , and an associated member of MasterCard International.
